The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for your engagement will be set out in a separate service agreement or proposal.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, call volumes, revenue outcomes, or return on advertising spend. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market competition, search engine algorithm changes, advertising platform policies, and the nature of your business. Any results described in our marketing materials or case studies are illustrative and not a promise of future performance.

H Technologies is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Google LLC or any other third-party platform. Our services involve working within platforms operated by third parties, including Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Google Search. These platforms may change their policies, algorithms, or features at any time without notice. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms that affect your results.

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

All Google accounts, advertising accounts, and website assets created or managed on your behalf remain your property. We do not take ownership of any client accounts. Upon termination of services, we will remove our access and return full control to you. We will not hold your accounts hostage or restrict your access for any reason.

Service fees are set out in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Any content, copy, or creative assets we produce for you as part of your service agreement become your property upon full payment of the associated fees. Our proprietary processes, methodologies, templates, and internal tools remain the intellectual property of H Technologies and are not transferred to you.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement. We will not disclose your business data, performance metrics, or account details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the agreed services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, H Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding invoices, or engage in conduct that violates applicable law or platform policies. Upon termination, we will remove our access to your accounts and provide you with any assets or data we hold on your behalf.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the site. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
